It all started with a 100-day project.
I set myself a challenge: drawing one dog a day for 100 days. By drawing portraits of dogs big and small, I wanted to practice and learn, but it quickly became much more. The drawings brought so much joy, and with every portrait I discovered a story — not only about the dogs themselves, but about the people who loved them.
Now, I’m starting a new chapter: DOGS AND THEIR TREASURES.

This project celebrates the strange, tender, and often hilarious objects that dogs hold dear.

A “treasure” can be so many things:
– something your dog loves collecting during morning walks
– a toy you will keep mending until there is nothing more to fix.
– something they will keep stealing if you don’t hide it well enough.
– an item that is super important for work or sports.
– …

The point isn’t what the object is — it’s what it means. Each drawing will tell a small story between a dog and the thing they can’t live without. Together, they build a portrait not just of dogs, but of the bonds, quirks, and shared lives that connect us.

I’d love you to join by submitting a photo of your dog, their treasure, and a brief story about why it matters. Depending on the number of submissions I receive, I might draw a selection of them and share them here on the website and social media.

I hope you’ll join me in celebrating the treasures that make tails wag.
